Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, talent management, labor relations, attendance, payroll, employee administration…etc.
  • Negotiation and employee contract management.
  • Employee relationship, communication, support and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support managers in team management and performance improvement.
  • Promote a dynamic and inclusive company culture.

Profile & Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Work experience in multicultural environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Algeria labor law and HR practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and systems.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
