Oracle ERP Developer

Description 

The ideal candidate will have a good background in developing and maintaining Oracle ERP applications, with a good understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). He will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing new features and enhancements to our ERP system. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. He will also be expected to provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ERP applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. He will work closely with the business to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, he will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, as well as providing training and support to end-users.

Responsibilities

•  Design, develop, and maintain Oracle ERP applications.
•  Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
•  Develop and implement new features and enhancements.
•  Perform unit testing and debugging of applications.
•  Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ERP applications.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
•  Provide training and support to end-users.
•  Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP technologies and best practices.
•  Develop and maintain integration solutions with other systems.
•  Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.

Requirements 

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•  5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP development.
•  Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
•  Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
•  Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
•  Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle ADF (preferred)
•  Understanding of ERP business processes and modules.
•  Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
