Sales Manager – Orthopedics and Traumatology Line

Role description :

We are opening a medical devices business unit focused on Traumatology and Orthopedics and is looking to hire a full-time “Sales Manager” based in Alger with responsibility for medical device sales, market strategy, team management, customer communication and development.

Qualifications required :

• Medical Background is preferred (biomedical engineer, pharmacist, HCP, … etc.).
• 5+ years of sales management experience.
• Proven track record of successful sales growth.
• Existing relationship with key customers in Algeria hospitals.
• Previous experience in a similar product line is preferred.
• Strong management, analytical and strategy skills.
• Ready to work under pressure and overtime.
• Driving license and personal car.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
